Precision Castparts Corp.'s Development Programs are powering the future by taking emergent talent through a high velocity program complete with learning experiences and opportunities to prepare you for leadership in Manufacturing Accounting/Finance within our facilities. This two-year, rotational program is specifically designed for recent graduates and/or graduating seniors. This position is located in various locations in the U.S and starts in January 2026. First year members will be placed at one of our PCC facilities learning the foundations of Manufacturing Accounting and Finance including: general accounting, cost accounting, financial analysis, and strategic improvements Second year members will be placed at another PCC location navigating into a strategic role participating in capital acquisitions, financial planning, budgeting, Internal Audit/SOX and system implementations Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a field such as Business Administration, preferably Accounting or Finance Minimum of

12 credit hours of accounting Prior co-op or internship experience Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule, including ability to work outside standard business hours as needed Club, organization or activity involvement in a leadership capacity Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written High level of interest in management, leadership roles Must be a U.S. Person* Must be willing to relocate (program roles located in various locations in the US only) The program allows members to preference regions. Full Relocation is authorized for this position. For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $62,400 to $62,400 USD. Salaried, based on a variety of factors. Employees will receive 80 hours of paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan. This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including ITAR and EAR). To be qualified to work in this facility, a U.S. Person must be able to supply evidence of that qualification prior to starting work or be authorized to receive controlled information under a license from the relevant government agency. A U.S. Person is defined as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder), or certain categories of asylees and refugees.
