Peabody Properties, Inc. seeks an experienced and seasoned Property Manager to oversee an apartment community in Boston, MA. Responsibilities
Oversee all property operations and the overall direction of site office and maintenance staff, while ensuring compliance with the LIHTC program. Ensure each property is optimally occupied and properly staffed with skilled personnel. Prepare budgets and monitor compliance within budget constraints. Complete and oversee processing of all resident certification/recertification forms. Manage resident relations, budgetary analysis, and staff supervision. Qualifications
Knowledgeable with respect to affordable housing programs, including LIHTC, federally-assisted, and all state and local housing regulations. Time management skills and ability to prioritize. Strong administrative, organizational, computer, marketing, and resident relations skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to take initiative and be self-motivated. Education And Experience
Requires High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 5 years related property management and supervisory experience. Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Knowledge of Onesite is a plus. LIHTC recertification experience required. Compensation and Benefits
