This role includes training and mentorship, along with opportunities for advancement and growth. Responsibilities
Responsible for research and analysis of various federal income tax issues, including partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, timing issues and accounting methods, digital assets, and other matters Assist with M&A tax structuring and internal restructuring Draft emails and memos Draft Firm-wide alerts on current developments in federal income tax Assist with Firm-wide trainings in federal income tax Assist with Federal domestic tax due diligence in connection with M&A transactions Basic Qualifications
4 + years of progressive federal income tax consulting experience (large law firm, large accounting firm, or IRS preferred) J.D. and Tax LL.M. Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with partnerships, S corporations, and/or C corporations Strong analytical and writing skills Strong proficiency with tax research databases (such as Bloomberg BNA and RIA Checkpoint) About EisnerAmper
