Make a Difference The Technical Project Manager reports to the Director of Analytics in our Data Analytics Department. The Technical Project Manager will effectively manage several concurrent medium to large core team projects and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the full project lifecycle to ensure the successful completion of activities for designated products, systems, or services. Effective management is achieved by using industry-standard practices, proven processes, and abundant communication. Responsibilities
Collaborate with customers to gather and analyze requirements for system and process enhancements. Maintain positive relationships with team members and customers, ensuring effective communication and task accountability. Facilitate complex meetings, mediate team conflicts, and propose innovative solutions. Align activities with Community Health Network’s mission and goals, providing clear updates on project risks, issues, and progress. Utilize analytical tools for problem-solving and manage smaller-scope analytic requests. Communicate effectively, manage results, and develop team performance capabilities. Operate across boundaries, maintain skills, and display personal commitment and integrity. Follow established procedures, act responsibly, and demonstrate flexibility. Ensure compliance with state and federal laws. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, clinical, information technology, or related field. In lieu of the above education requirements, a combination of experience and education will be considered. If a clinical degree is held, one must maintain certifications and/or licensure in that clinical area. Three (3) or more years of project-related experience leading medium to large projects or equivalent experience in analytics is required. One (1) or more years of experience serving in a technical position as a statistician, business intelligence analyst, developer, or a data architect is required. Project Management Professional (PMP) and Epic certification within one (1) year from the date of hire is required. Other technical areas of expertise may also be considered. Exhibit leadership, strategic thinking, customer focus, and teamwork. Demonstrate strong verbal/written communication, organizational skills, and self-motivation with minimal supervision. Foundational knowledge of statistics and visualization tools. Why Community?
