Assistant Store Manager in Training — Location: Venice, CA. Job Type: Full-Time. Hourly Rate: $25–$26/hr + Bonus. Base pay range: $25.00/hr - $26.00/hr. This role is a 2–3 month immersive training experience designed to lead to an Assistant Store Manager position. What You'll Do

Work with the leadership team to learn all aspects of boutique management—from team development to visual merchandising and store operations. Set the tone on the sales floor by delivering exceptional service and coaching your team to hit performance goals. Mentor and train new hires to build a high-performing, customer-first store culture. Manage back-of-house operations: inventory, stock organization, restocking, and systems linking warehouse inventory to the store. Resolve customer service issues, process returns, and help improve store processes. Own the customer experience by ensuring guests feel welcomed, styled, and supported. Gain product knowledge to keep displays fresh, shoppable, and on-brand. Communicate with your team and leadership to share customer insights and operational needs. About You

You are a natural leader ready to grow. You’re currently a Key Holder, Sales Lead, or experienced Senior Sales Associate at a fast-paced retail brand and seeking your next step into store leadership. 2+ years in a supervisory role in a fashion-focused retail setting. Proven ability to lead by example on the sales floor and inspire your team to deliver. Strong sales-driving and customer experience skills. Excellent communication and a proactive, hands-on mindset. Love for product, fashion, and keeping inventory and merchandising details organized. Flexibility to work 40 hours/week, including weekends and some holidays. Physical ability to stand up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs. Why Nati?
