About the role
The company is seeking a strategic, growth-minded Website & Digital Experience Strategist to lead the development, optimization, and performance of the company website.
This role is not just technical; it is a core driver of success. ETS is looking for someone who combines design thinking, digital strategy, and analytics with a laser focus on attracting and converting website visitors. From building an SEO foundation that fuels organic growth to crafting campaigns that perform in paid channels, the strategist will create a user experience that guides visitors toward meaningful conversion actions. Every element from navigation to calls-to-action should be intentional, user-friendly, and designed to turn interest into results.
This individual will own the strategy behind how the website attracts, engages, and converts visitors into leads and clients. With room to experiment, test, and innovate, this role will help transform the website into a powerful growth engine for the business.

Website is a top-performing conversion channel for the company.
Analytics are tracked, interpreted, and acted upon weekly and monthly.
New opportunities are proactively presented and implemented.
Competitor trends and market insights are regularly reviewed and shared.
Website becomes a strategic asset, not just a digital brochure.
Responsibilities
Own the strategic direction of the website, ensuring it reflects the mission, brand, and conversion goals.
Continually evaluate what is working and what is not, and proactively propose and implement new approaches based on performance and industry trends.
Manage, build, and improve user journeys, ensuring they are optimized for engagement and conversions.
Identify high-impact updates and growth opportunities for content, CTAs, and layout to improve performance and conversion rates.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop landing pages and content that align with strategic campaigns.
Analytics & Optimization
Monitor website traffic, behavior, goal completions, and funnels using Google Analytics and other tools.
Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights.
Conduct A/B tests, page audits, and user behavior analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
Track and improve site speed, mobile responsiveness, SEO performance, and accessibility.
Content & UX Development
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop landing pages and content that align with strategic campaigns.
Ensure web copy, visuals, and structure align with brand voice, SEO, and user experience best practices.
Create and manage reusable page templates and design modules for speed and consistency.
Make proactive UI/UX recommendations to improve visual hierarchy, layout, and clarity.
Technical Management
Manage all WordPress updates, including plugins, theme customizations, integrations, and backups.
Work with IT on DNS, domain, hosting, and website security issues.
Implement and manage third-party tools such as CRMs, forms, analytics platforms, and chat widgets.
Connect the site with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and other platforms to ensure seamless data flow and accurate tracking across systems.
Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for the site.
Stay current with best practices in CRO, digital experience, and SEO.
Lead or contribute to marketing experiments focused on growth.
Requirements Skills/Qualifications:
7+ years managing WordPress sites with a portfolio of optimized, high-performing pages.
Deep understanding of website performance analytics, heatmaps, and CRO.
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
Familiarity with UI/UX principles and responsive design.
Experience integrating and managing web forms, CRMs, APIs, or marketing automation tools.
Graphic design and light video editing skills a plus (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut).
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
Experience working with B2B professional services or financial/tax services.
Familiarity with Zoho CRM.
Knowledge of accessibility best practices and WCAG compliance.
Ability to optimize for AI search and adapt websites for AI-driven search visibility and rankings.
