Role Responsibilities This role represents the needs of the customer to inform the technology roadmap ensuring the capabilities being delivered are aligned with the intended business outcomes. You will be responsible for leading a team of Product Managers to set the Strategy, Vision & Roadmap for the Knowledge, Productivity & Collaboration domain – which are most of the tools that Capital One Associates uses every day to get their work done. The ideal candidate for this role is passionate about technology and deeply empathizes with internal customer needs. They are comfortable partnering closely with senior engineering leaders, as well as a diverse set of other functions, to get the right outcomes for the customer.

Basic Qualifications
At least 9 years of experience working in Product Management
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Preferred Qualifications
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
