Vice President of Operations
to oversee multi-unit operations across the Western U.S. for a growing, guest-facing organization. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for scaling operations, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences at every location. About the Role: As VP of Operations, you will provide oversight and direction for multiple districts and locations, ensuring operational consistency, strong financial performance, and an outstanding guest experience. You’ll serve as the bridge between executive leadership and the field, translating strategy into action while fostering an accountable, people-first culture. This role is ideal for a strategic, field-focused operator who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at developing leaders, and brings a proven track record of driving performance across large-scale, multi-site businesses. Responsibilities
Lead and Develop Teams
– Hire, mentor, and support District Managers, cultivating leadership growth and future talent pipelines. Operational Excellence
– Ensure performance standards are met across all sites, using KPIs, data, and field insight to drive continuous improvement. Strategic Execution
– Translate company-wide goals into clear operational plans that can be successfully implemented at scale. Guest Experience
– Ensure each location delivers a safe, joyful, and consistent customer experience. Innovation & Agility
– Identify opportunities for improvement, lead through change, and implement new systems or best practices. Safety & Compliance
– Maintain strict adherence to safety, compliance, and brand standards across all sites. Qualifications
12+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi-unit operations within hospitality, retail, entertainment, fitness, or similar industries. Minimum of 5 years overseeing multi-unit leaders at scale. Proven P&L ownership ($80M+ preferred), with success in driving revenue, optimizing costs, and improving EBITDA. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced leadership training preferred (experience may substitute for education). Must reside in California or Washington State near a major airport, with ability to travel 50–70%. Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills with a focus on developing diverse, high-performing teams. Strategic, adaptable, and resilient leader who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments. Base Salary:
