Senior Vice President of Operations

to lead Operations and Supply Chain for its Human-Machine Interface (HMI), Plastics, Nameplate, and Supply Chain businesses across the Americas. This executive will oversee operations at multiple facilities including Wausau and Berlin, Wisconsin; City of Industry, California; Troy, Virginia; and Mt. Laurel, New Jersey. We are looking for a

Lean Manufacturing champion

with a

strong engineering foundation , capable of driving operational excellence, fostering a culture of accountability, and aligning global teams around clear KPIs and performance goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end operations and supply chain across all manufacturing sites in the Americas. Drive performance metrics, operational KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives across all sites. Build and lead a high-performing, accountable operations team aligned with company objectives. Champion lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies. Foster strong, collaborative relationships with business leaders, customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams. Manage and optimize P&L performance with a strategic focus on cost, quality, and customer satisfaction. Ensure consistency and excellence in low-volume, high-mix manufacturing environments including HMI, plastics, and nameplates. Develop talent and promote a performance-driven, inclusive, and relationship-based culture across diverse teams. Travel approximately 70% to maintain close oversight of facilities and build face-to-face leadership presence. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering or related technical degree preferred. 15+ years of progressive operations leadership experience in manufacturing. Strong background in lean manufacturing, process engineering, and continuous improvement. Experience with low-volume, high-mix manufacturing, HMI, plastics, and nameplates highly preferred. Demonstrated success in managing P&L over $300M. Proven ability to lead across multiple cultures and locations with high emotional intelligence and interpersonal skill. Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Willingness and ability to travel up to 70%. Preferred Attributes: Deep operational expertise and hands-on plant leadership experience. Executive presence with the ability to influence at all levels internally and externally. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of customer and supplier dynamics. Candidates being considered for hire must pass a pre-employment background check. Compensation and Benefits: Pay Range: $225,000 - $250,000 (Pay to be determined by the experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the candidate, and alignment with market data). Compensation includes 30-35% bonus opportunity based on performance for the organization.
