Central Sourcing Contractor
to work with one of our global manufacturers of powersports vehicles.
This role is working a hybrid schedule, working in Bass Creek, MN. Job Title:

Responsibilities
Request BOL/shipping documentation from suppliers.
Assist with new supplier onboarding and profile updates.
Enter cost changes, tooling requests, and maintain parts/system data as requested.
Sourcing Operations Support:
Track and communicate progress on daily tasks and priorities.
Maintain current costing and resolve invoice quantity discrepancies with suppliers, plants, planning, and Accounts Payable.
Collaborate with sourcing, quality, and engineering teams to address issues.
Support meetings, organize presentations, and maintain documentation as processes evolve.
Identify opportunities for process efficiency and workflow improvement.
Help ensure alignment with sourcing strategy and organizational priorities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in
Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field .
Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) .
Experience with data analysis, reporting, and presentation development.
Detail-oriented and a strong team player.
Preferred Qualifications
APICS CPIM and/or ISM C.P.M./A.P.P. certifications (desired, not required).
Previous materials or purchasing experience is a plus.
Working Conditions
Fast-paced office environment.
Up to 5% travel may be required.
Must be authorized to work in the United States
