$28-$30.71/hr Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and project priorities. Manage and analyze incoming client documentation, ensuring accurate data interpretation and timely updates. Coordinate with multiple groups to facilitate client onboarding and maintain operational efficiency. Perform quality control reviews on treasury management implementation activities and ensure compliance. Create and maintain clear, concise documentation of processes and project requirements. Communicate project updates effectively, escalating risks and issues as needed. Support data conversion projects and track documentation throughout the onboarding process. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 3+ years of experience in treasury management integration, financial services operations, quality control, or audit. Strong client-facing skills with the ability to manage simple to complex projects. Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational abilities. Ability to interpret documentation, manage data, and collaborate across teams effectively. Preferred Requirements:
Treasury Management product knowledge and prior payments industry experience. Experience in data conversion and working on change management projects. Ability to manage multiple activities and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Procedure writing and documentation experience. Strong attention to detail and the ability to make quick assessments.
