About the Role
As a Growth Manager, B2B, you will act as both a strategic advisor and a hands-on digital marketing expert, managing the relationship between marketing performance and business outcomes for clients. You will serve as a fractional CMO, guiding clients through marketing maturity stages while managing paid media strategy and execution.
Your goal is to drive scalable growth through demand generation campaigns, account-based marketing, and aligning data with sales. You will collaborate with internal teams (CRO, Creative, SEO, Business Intelligence) to ensure campaigns deliver quality pipelines and align with broader business goals.
Responsibilities
Manage all client communications, including regular calls and updates. Act as the primary contact for stakeholders, building trust and long-term relationships based on measurable results.
Identify and implement strategies to increase client MRR, revenue, and profit through data analysis and campaign optimization.
Act as a fractional CMO: understand client businesses deeply, define goals, and develop strategies to grow pipeline, revenue, and profit.
Lead performance reviews, reporting, and strategic planning with clients.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client objectives.
Drive contract renewals and extensions to ensure ongoing partnerships and revenue.
Work with clients to set and achieve SMART goals, monitoring progress diligently.
Guide clients through the Marketing Maturity Mountain framework, helping them advance through growth stages.
Paid Media Management
Expertise in Meta and Google Ads.
Plan, build, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Google, Microsoft, YouTube, and Meta.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing reports and insights for optimization.
Manage budget pacing, forecasting, and ROI tracking to meet pipeline and revenue targets.
Stay updated on platform trends, certifications, and tools.
Data & Reporting
Create clear, data-driven reports linking paid media results to KPIs such as CPL, pipeline value, SQL conversion, CAC, and ARR.
Diagnose underperformance issues and implement corrective actions.
Troubleshoot lead tracking, attribution models, and CRM/marketing automation integrations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Represent clients internally to other teams.
Collaborate with CRO, Creative, Email, Data Ops, and SEO teams using tools like Asana.
Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client relationships through upselling and cross-selling aligned with client goals.
Thought Leadership
Partner with the marketing team to generate B2B content for LinkedIn to build a personal brand as a B2B growth expert.
Represent KlientBoost at industry events, webinars, Slack communities, and conferences.
Knowledge & Skills
At least 23 years of hands-on paid media experience in B2B demand generation with measurable results.
Strong client-facing skills to lead conversations and influence stakeholders.
Mastery of LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads; experience with ABM platforms or intent data tools is a plus.
Solid understanding of how marketing impacts pipeline, revenue, and customer lifetime value.
Expertise in campaign strategy, execution, analysis, and storytelling with data.
Ability to manage multiple client relationships with attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of CRO, SEO, Creative Strategy, marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), and CRM tracking (Salesforce).
Experience
35 years of experience managing B2B paid search and social campaigns, preferably in agency or high-growth SaaS/enterprise environments.
Proven management of around $250k/month in ad spend across approximately 5 B2B accounts, with measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.
Fluent in B2B marketing tech stack including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, and multi-touch attribution.
Knowledge of ABM, creative strategy, demand gen frameworks, and sales/marketing alignment.
