WSU Tri-Cities is seeking a GEAR UP Site Manager at Southridge High School with a work location in Kennewick, WA. This position is responsible for the strategic planning, administration, and management of the WSU Tri-Cities GEAR UP project at a designated large school. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree and four (4) years of professional work experience in student services or related education/experience. One (1) year or more years of experience leading or directing the work of others. A Master’s degree in a related field may substitute for one (1) year of professional work experience. Any combination of relevant education and professional experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis. Student Achievement Specialist | Kennewick High School

Position has the responsibilities of tutoring, advising and mentoring students to include assessing participants’ needs and creating individual action plans. Provides student and academic support services to increase college and career readiness, guide students with college and career exploration, supports in planning and supervising field trips to college campuses. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of professional work experience in student services or related education/experience. A Master’s degree in a related field may substitute for one (1) year of professional work experience.
