Monitor, interact and course correct technical teams to support customer goals Display strong communication and presentation skills with both leadership and external customers Implement and execute Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) to include meeting Estimate at Completions (EAC) requirements Travel, as needed, between Raytheon sites and customer locations in support of business execution and growth requirements (approximately 5%–10%) Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience (in program management, cost account management, system engineering, integrated product team lead, etc.) Experience supporting development and/or engineering design Experience with Microsoft Office Suite resources Experience supporting Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and/or managing cost and schedules An active and transferable Secret level U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance (a SAP level clearance may be required after onboarding) Qualifications We Prefer
Effective written, interpersonal, and presentation skills Experience with Electronic Warfare systems and/or concepts of operations Experience successfully managing technology development programs and Independent Research & Development (IRAD) Experience leading new business capture activities and winning new business in a competitive environment Electronic Support and Electronic Attack technique experience to include traditional and adaptive approaches What We Offer
