Job Summary
We are looking for a QA/Test Analyst with strong expertise in software testing and compliance to join a major off-price retail organization. You’ll be responsible for validating medium to high complexity systems, developing automated and manual test cases, and ensuring that all solutions meet rigorous QA and business standards.
Key Responsibilities
Execute
manual and automated testing
for medium to high complexity systems. Design and develop
test strategies, plans, and cases
based on business and technical documentation. Conduct
defect triage , document findings, and coordinate retesting cycles. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements alignment. Provide
first-level approval
of test results and solution readiness. Lead and mentor team members and third-party testers as needed. Analyze systems for performance and stability. Report status updates to QA leadership.
Required Experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience. Hands-on experience with
software testing methodologies
and defect tracking. Understanding of
QA processes and compliance
standards. Experience conducting
performance analysis and tuning .
Nice-to-Have Experience
Experience working with
off-price retail or e-commerce systems . Familiarity with
Microsoft Copilot
or similar AI tools.
Required Skills
Proficiency in
testing tools and scripting languages . Experience with
Jira
for bug tracking and task management. Strong background in enterprise databases and platforms (e.g.,
Nice Label, Loftware ).
Preferred Skills
Test automation experience using
Tosca
or similar frameworks. Ability to assess and validate
end-to-end solutions . Knowledge-sharing and mentoring experience.
Additional Skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management. Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
