Join a dynamic production test team as a
Test Operator , working hands-on with advanced
semiconductor testing systems
and equipment. This role involves performing electrical tests on devices using both manual and automated tools in a fast-paced environment. Ideal for individuals with
mechanical aptitude , attention to detail, and a desire to grow within a high-tech manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate manual and automated
test equipment
for semiconductor devices. Conduct visual inspections and count devices for quality assurance. Assist in fulfilling engineering work orders accurately and timely. Interpret pass/fail criteria and input data into Camstar production systems. Maintain a clean and organized test floor area. Refill nitrogen tanks as required. Required Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of experience in a related production or testing environment preferred. Basic understanding of
microscopes
and
semiconductor handling . Nice-to-Have Experience
Previous work in a cleanroom or ESD-controlled environment. Experience using production tracking systems like Camstar. Required Skills
Mechanical aptitude and comfort with
basic hand tools . Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and adapt under pressure. Clear written and verbal
communication skills . Reliable judgment and personal integrity. Preferred Skills
Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes. Comfort interpreting technical diagrams or testing schematics. Additional Skills
Team-oriented mindset with adaptability and patience. Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems.
