Sales and Profit: Infuse your passion for Claire’s products into achieving retail store targets, fostering growth, and spreading the joy of self-expression. Implement strategies and promotions to drive traffic and increase sales. Memorable Shopping Experiences: Infuse every customer interaction with Claire’s positivity and inclusivity, helping shoppers find pieces that reflect their unique personality. Piercing Excellence: Join our piercing experts through comprehensive training. Become a trusted guide for customers—conduct piercings, educate on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address questions and concerns throughout the process. Store Operations: Oversee operations with efficiency and flair, including inventory management, cash handling, visual merchandising, and coordinating promotional activities to reflect Claire’s fun and joyful brand. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, manage, and develop your team. Foster collaboration, motivation, and accountability to drive results and help team members reach their full potential. Brand Representation: Showcase Claire’s products with enthusiasm, offer fashion-related tips, ensure the store is well-merchandised to reflect the latest trends and maximize sales opportunities. About You
Sales-Driven Mindset: You strive to meet and exceed sales targets and maximize opportunities. Customer-Centric Approach: You’re passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable shopping experiences. Retail & Leadership Experience: At least one year of retail management experience preferred, with a proven ability to drive sales and support team success. Confidence in Piercing Services: Willingness to become a trained piercing specialist and provide expert guidance to customers. Strong Communication & Selling Skills: You engage customers, build relationships, and close sales. Ability to Work Independently: You’re self-motivated, organized, and capable of taking charge when needed. You stay up to date with fashion trends and can create curated looks with product during shifts. Job Requirements
You can conduct piercings with patience and empathy, especially with young or anxious customers. You are proficient with a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales. You hold a high school diploma or equivalent and have 1-2 years of retail management experience. You can stand for scheduled shifts and lift/move 11-35 kg (25-75 lbs). You can bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders or step stools while placing merchandise and assisting customers. You are passionate about helping customers express themselves daily. You enjoy interacting with customers and strive to provide excellent service. You embrace Claire’s values of teamwork, compassion, integrity, customer delight, diversity, and self-expression. You have strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers, employees, and management. You have basic mathematical skills for inventory, sales analysis, and cash handling. You are a driven team leader with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. You are self-motivated and organized; some stores may require you to work alone. You have a passion for fashion and stay current with trends to enhance the customer experience and drive sales. You can create a curated fashion look with product during your shift.
