We specialize in recruiting for both direct hire professional positions such as project managers and superintendents, as well as skilled trades positions including electricians, low voltage cable and data center technicians, mechanical installers, conveyor technicians, millwrights, and construction laborers. This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Quality Assurance Quality Control located in St. Augustine, FL. The Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Quality Assurance and Quality Control including developing and implementing QA/QC policies and procedures, conducting regular audits, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The Director will also manage a team of QA/QC professionals, coordinate with various departments to address quality issues, and provide training and support to staff to maintain high-quality standards. Qualifications · Minimum 10 years of electrical construction experience, with at least 5 years in a QA/QC leadership role managing electrical scopes of work in the $10MM-$100MM range. · Deep knowledge of NEC, industry codes, and quality control procedures. · Proven track record
developing and managing QA/QC programs
on large commercial or industrial construction projects. · Experience with project documentation platforms (e.g., Autodesk Build, Procore, etc.) preferred.
