The Director Operations is a high-level leader responsible for overseeing and guiding the strategic direction of the Sales Operations function. This role will engage in strategic planning, resource allocation, and collaboration to drive strategies surrounding sales solutions, process improvements and execution. Location : This employee can be based out of Lyndhurst, Manhattan, New York, or Philadelphia. The role will incur heavy travel (weekly). Compensation : Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $129,000 and $161,000 per year at the commencement of employment. Base pay is determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the compensation package, which may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other company-sponsored benefits. Duties And Responsibilities

Partner with executive and sales leadership to develop and execute sales strategies that support the organization’s goals and objectives. Lead the evaluation and optimization of sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness by identifying and implementing improvements. Collaborate with sales leadership to establish accurate sales forecasts and quotas and develop forecasting processes. Analyze sales data to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance; present key metrics and dashboards to sales leadership. Develop partnerships with cross-functional departments (Product, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, etc.) to understand business processes and design sales solutions to issues faced. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in sales operational processes by staying abreast of industry best practices and trends. Collaborate with sales management on account bids and contract quotations. Create, implement, and monitor infrastructure to support operation of the sales force, including reporting and alignment to business objectives. Perform other duties as needed. Required Experience And Education

Bachelors degree in a related field preferred. 10+ years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years of management experience. Competencies
