We are currently seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to join a passionate team focused on advancing cancer treatment solutions through cutting-edge biotechnology. Pay: $42/hr • Hybrid Schedule: 8:00am - 4:30pm Responsibilities
Drive improvements and corrective actions in supplier quality, partnering with engineering, operations, sourcing, and R&D teams. Lead proactive and reactive supplier investigations and projects to resolve complex quality issues. Develop and implement solutions by analyzing diverse data, applying sound judgment, and recommending policy or process modifications. Plan, organize, and manage project assignments, schedules, and priorities under general direction. Build and maintain strong business relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, influencing decisions and supporting departmental goals. Contribute to programs and projects that impact business performance, ensuring compliance with quality policies and regulatory standards. Promote a culture of patient safety, product quality, and adherence to Quality Systems. Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical, Materials, Chemical, Electrical, or related engineering field with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Skilled in problem-solving tools, CAPA, and technical documentation. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Excellent communication skills for cross-functional and supplier collaboration. Preferred: Lead auditor certification or experience with ISO13485, ISO9001, or TS16949 standards. Benefits
