This role supports private travel for Owners and passengers with a high standard of professionalism and seamless service. Responsibilities

Safe operation of the aircraft from taxi, take-off, and landing per FAA guidelines, OEM checklists, NetJets Flight Operations Manual (FOM) or Aircraft Operating Manual (AOM), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Greets Owners/passengers pre-flight, briefs on the flight, verifies itinerary, provides weather updates, and communicates any changes to the itinerary. Deliver in-flight service as needed, including handling of alcohol and catering services. Load and stow baggage as required. Operate flights for Owners with pets or those who smoke as necessary. Act as the final authority on the aircraft for all operations and comply with safety and regulatory guidance. Serve as a liaison for Owners/passengers and NetJets from arrival at the FBO through landing and final departure. Communicate maintenance abnormalities to the Maintenance Control Center (MCC) and complete related paperwork. Other duties as assigned depending on the assignment. Qualifications

FAA ATP, Restricted ATP, or meet the requirements for FAA ATP or Restricted ATP with multi-engine rating (as per 61.160). At least 21 years of age 1,500 hours total flight time, or 1,250 hours with appropriate university R-ATP certificate, or 1,000 hours with military pilot qualification or 1,000 hours with university R-ATP certificate 200 hours cross-country (>50 nm) 250 hours fixed-wing PIC 100 hours of night flying, or 75 hours with ≥45 night takeoffs and landings 75 hours of instrument time (actual or simulated in-flight) ATP written completed prior to start of Indoctrination Training 50 hours fixed-wing, multi-engine time Current FAA First-Class Medical certificate FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit Valid passport Authorization to work in the U.S. and travel without restriction Ability to work varying hours including day and night; weekdays, weekends and holidays Flexibility to adjust to rapid changes and manage rest for flight duty Ability to operate in challenging time zones and weather conditions Ability to secure airport authority and/or US Customs security badges Must be able to pass TSA background screening Must be able to travel internationally without restrictions Valid State driver's license Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English Service-oriented with neat, well-groomed appearance and strong passenger interaction skills Strong oral and written communication under pressure Ability to make quick, accurate decisions with attention to detail Physical ability to move objects up to 50 pounds occasionally, 30 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds constantly Ability to work around animals and conduct flights for Owners who smoke Benefits
