Overview
Guest Services Supervisor at Navy Gateway Inns and Suites (NGIS) Bangor, Silverdale, WA. This full-time role supports our local Naval community by ensuring a welcoming, smooth front desk experience and contributing to daily operations that make NGIS a home away from home for guests. Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to valued and honored guests. Utilize the Property Management System to access guest information and retrieve reservation details. Train, instruct, and supervise personnel assigned to Front Desk. Assist in handling customer complaints and inquiries. Assist the Front Office Manager with planning and scheduling ongoing production-oriented work for all front desk personnel. Qualifications
2 years of responsible experience in administrative and professional or other responsible work enabling general knowledge of business practices. One year of responsible experience in administrative supervisory professional or technical work demonstrating knowledge of front-of-house hospitality operations or similar guest services experience. May substitute one year of academic study above high school level in hotel/lodging/hospitality for 6 months of general experience, if applicable (substitution details provided in original posting). Must possess knowledge and skills necessary to perform job duties and pass a pre-employment criminal background check. Benefits
