Job Description - Front Desk Guest Service Supervisor FT w/Benefits (250002XP) Front Desk Guest Service Supervisor FT w/Benefits Job Number: 250002XP Primary Location: United States-Washington-Silverdale Organization: NGIS BANGOR Pay Range: $22.00-$25.00. Depending on Experience Join us as our next Guest Service Supervisor in Silverdale, WA at the Navy Gateway Inns and Suites. This position requests a Guest Services Supervisor to support our local Naval community and operational successes on a day-to-day basis. You will perform a variety of tasks to make NGIS a home away from home for our valued guests, impacting how we serve our Military patrons and their families.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to our valued and honored guests. Utilize Property Management System to access guest information and retrieve reservation details. Train, instruct, and supervise personnel assigned to Front Desk. Provide assistance in handling customer complaints. Assist the Front Office Manager with planning and scheduling ongoing production oriented work for all front desk personnel.

Qualifications

2 years of responsible experience in administrative and professional or other responsible work which enable applicant to gain general knowledge of business practices. Substitution: 1 year of academic study above the high school level in hotel/lodging/hospitality may be substituted for 6 months of general experience. 1 year of responsible experience in administrative supervisory professional or technical work that demonstrated knowledge of front of house hospitality operations or similar work in a guest services environment. Must possess the knowledge and skills necessary to perform job duties. Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
