Vice President of Revenue

Vice President of Revenue
will be responsible for driving revenue growth by leading sales, business development, and customer strategy within the industrial and manufacturing sectors. Base pay range $180,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Develop and execute revenue growth strategies to achieve organizational targets within the industrial manufacturing and retail sales sectors.
Lead and manage sales, business development, and account management teams to drive consistent performance.
Oversee pricing, contract negotiations, and go-to-market strategies to maximize profitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key industrial customers, distributors, and strategic partners.
Collaborate with operations, finance, and marketing to align revenue goals with organizational objectives.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Implement revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking systems.
Mentor and develop high-performing sales leaders and staff to ensure long-term organizational success.
Report regularly to executive leadership on revenue performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and executive management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Proven ability to create and execute strategic growth initiatives in industrial manufacturing.
Data-driven decision-maker with experience using analytics and KPIs to measure success.
Adept at building client relationships and closing large-scale industrial sales.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Education and Experience
A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is required.
An MBA or an advanced business degree is a plus.
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in revenue management, sales, or commercial operations.
Industrial retail sales experience is required (manufacturing, distribution, or related industry).
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding multimillion-dollar revenue targets.
