This executive-level position is responsible for steering both operational processes and engineering strategy. As a direct report to the CEO, the Vice President of Operations & Engineering will oversee and guide the operational and technical divisions of the company, focusing on performance optimization, innovative engineering solutions, and alignment with long-term business objectives. Key Responsibilities

Set strategic direction for both operations and engineering to align with overall business goals. Provide leadership to the Director of Operations to enhance manufacturing workflows, optimize the supply chain, and drive sustainable revenue growth. Supervise the Engineering Manager and team, supporting continuous improvement, innovation, and product development initiatives. Partner with executive peers to support and execute corporate-level projects and strategies. Develop and track performance metrics across departments to promote accountability and measurable progress. Drive efficiency initiatives, including automation and cost-control efforts, across operations and engineering. Maintain compliance with internal standards and external regulations related to safety, quality, and operational protocols. Advise the CEO and executive team on key investments, process transformations, and long-term planning. Lead organizational change through phases of growth, transformation, or restructuring. Direct oversight of: Senior Manager of Operations Responsible for goal setting, performance reviews, and professional development of direct reports. Required Background

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Engineering, Business Administration, or Industrial Operations; advanced degree (MBA/MS) preferred. At least 10 years in progressively senior roles in operations or engineering within a manufacturing or industrial context. Demonstrated ability to build and lead cross-functional teams toward high-impact results. Strong financial understanding and experience managing budgets, capital expenditures, and operational planning. Skilled communicator with proven leadership capabilities. Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement practices is a strong advantage. Work Conditions

Work is performed in both office and production environments. Occasional travel may be required. Ability to lift items up to 25 pounds periodically.
