$125,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr Our client, a leading global investment manager that provides solutions across alternative asset classes, capital markets, and insurance, is seeking to add a Client Operations Manager. The firm sponsors investment vehicles spanning private equity, credit, and real assets, and partners with affiliates that manage hedge funds. The
Client Operations team
manages the full spectrum of the client lifecycle. This includes onboarding, product launches, capital activity, communications, inquiry resolution, offboarding, and more. Our mission is to deliver a best-in-class client experience. The team consists of 60+ professionals worldwide and works across asset classes, products, and geographies. We collaborate closely with investor relations, wealth distribution, business operations (legal, compliance, treasury, tax, finance, technology, etc.), and investment teams to ensure clients receive seamless, high-quality service. We are passionate about understanding client needs, designing effective solutions, and fostering long-term satisfaction. We are seeking a
Client Operations Associate
to support the Wealth Investor Relations function, focusing on registered and private investment products across alternatives. The role requires familiarity with wealth platforms or asset managers and an understanding of operational processes for alternative investments. The successful candidate will handle servicing, reporting, reconciliations, and relationship management with external partners. Key Responsibilities
Manage operational aspects of firm offerings across platforms such as private banks, wirehouses, RIAs, custodians, and independent broker/dealers. Reconcile internal and external reporting to ensure accuracy for both firm stakeholders and platform partners. Collaborate with platforms, technology, finance, and third-party administrators to streamline subscription and account maintenance processes. Partner with internal strategic accounts teams and external service providers to enhance servicing models and prioritize platform initiatives. Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in a client support, operations, or servicing role, ideally within the alternative investments industry. Strong Excel and technical skills; ability to reconcile data and identify anomalies. Clear and professional communication abilities. Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive projects independently. Strong academic background with an undergraduate degree required. Capable of handling multiple projects and inquiries simultaneously. Familiarity with transfer agents, administrators, or fund service providers preferred. Seniority level
