Lead Technical Recruiter at Agile Resources is seeking a strategic Program Manager to join their team. This role is central to driving the B2B client retention strategy and programs for a major telecommunications company. Location:
Stamford, CT (Hybrid schedule of 4 days onsite, 1 day remote) Please note this role is not open on C2C or to third-parties. Responsibilities
Manage the entire program/project lifecycle for retention initiatives, from definition through implementation, ensuring alignment with scope, cost, schedule, and quality. Drive the adoption of retention strategies, provide training, and assist with incentive planning for the sales force. Develop and drive project milestones for a new customer retention pilot function. Map the end-to-end client lifecycle to identify and capitalize on retention monetization opportunities. Develop strategies to minimize loss when clients decide not to renew (e.g., offering month-to-month renewals). Leverage data mining techniques to identify new client segments for retention campaigns. Develop targeted positioning and drive the campaign go-to-market for the sales organization. Qualifications
7+ years of Program Manager experience is required. Must have prior B2B experience. Experience within the telecommunications (Telecom) industry is strongly preferred. Must have specialized skills in program management (e.g., strategic planning, budgeting, scope management). Knowledge of data mining techniques for reporting and campaign development is required. Demonstrated excellence in oral and written communications, interpersonal skills, negotiation, leadership, decision-making, analysis, and problem-solving. Seniority level
