SENIOR EXPERIENCE STRATEGIST We seek a Senior Experience Strategist to work with clients to form and create engaging experiences across channels, ensuring interactions are meaningful between customers and businesses. If you are passionate about working at the intersection of strategy, design, research and technology to deliver meaningful innovation through human-centered design practices, and want to contribute to a rapidly-growing expert team, we’d like to speak with you. A background in health and health-related experience design is a distinct asset. As the largest health-focused consultancy, we have a unique opportunity to shape and improve health futures for all stakeholders. What You’ll Do:
Design and deliver new services, products, and brand experiences that solve customer problems, increase brand value, and inspire people. Create best-in-class human-centered design deliverables to articulate customer research insights and strategies, including experience maps, user journeys, service blueprints, and personas. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams through all phases of the design process from client alignment to opportunity exploration and strategy setting. Conduct qualitative customer research and apply insights to inform design decisions. Elicit requirements through stakeholder interviews, define problem statements, articulate business objectives, and ask targeted questions to inform design thinking. Lead rapid iteration cycles and design sprints to prototype experiences across mediums and realize final solutions. Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear verbal and visual communication. Plan and facilitate Design Thinking workshops to foster collaboration and promote customer-centricity. Integrate AI technologies to enhance user experience and drive innovation in design solutions. What You’ll Bring:
Backgrounds in design research/ethnography, design strategy, and/or service design; eager to develop skills across these areas. Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred) in design, design strategy, design research, service design, industrial design, psychology, anthropology, or related fields. 4+ years applying Design Thinking to achieve business outcomes; Life Sciences and Healthcare experience is a plus. Experience with user-centered design and designing multi-channel customer experiences. Familiarity with digital product management and agile methodologies. Exposure to foresight/futures and service design methodologies is an asset. Fluency in design research techniques (ethnography, contextual inquiry, user interviews, usability testing) and applying findings to design processes. Basic visual design capabilities are a plus. Ability to travel for research and client locations (10-25%). Additional Skills:
