We are seeking to fill multiple levels of Service Advisor roles, from Junior Service Advisor to Senior Service Advisor, with strong potential for growth. As part of Sunwise Auto Group, we focus on delivering a premium customer experience in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Responsibilities
Establish and maintain strong positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
Oversee service orders and flow of the Drive Lane; ensure prompt, courteous, and effective service
Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or by phone, to ensure customers are well served
Oversee administration of warranty claims and assist in training and supervising of the service department
Distribute work between technicians efficiently
Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs
Communicate repair and maintenance timelines to customers
Follow up with customers via calls or emails regarding changes in estimates or pickup times
Resolve customer complaints and questions
Qualifications
Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience
Highline dealership preferred
Excellent follow-through skills
Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies and mechanical operations
Strong communication skills
Consistent record of service and sales success
Positive customer satisfaction results
Analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities
Team oriented and self-motivated
Experience with CDK preferred
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Professional, well-groomed appearance
Compensation The Service Advisor position has a Monthly Pay Range of $3,324.53-$14,000. This includes base hourly compensation and may also include commission based on closed sales, with no fixed upper limit. A production bonus may apply based on individual or team performance.
Monthly Pay Range: $3,324.53-$14,000/month. This position pays hourly plus monthly commission.
