Establish and maintain strong positive working relationships and loyalty with customers to encourage repeat and referral business for long-term clientele Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer is not mishandled Oversee administration of warranty claims as well as training and supervising of service department Distribute work between technicians efficiently Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs Effectively communicate to the customer the timeline of repair and maintenance Follow-up with progress calls and/or emails to customers regarding any changes in the estimate or pick-up time Resolve customer complaints and questions Qualifications

Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience Highline dealership preferred Excellent follow-through skills Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies and mechanical operations Fantastic communication skills Consistent record of service and sales success Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results Ability to be analytical, problem solve and multi-task Team oriented and self-motivated Experience with CDK preferred Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Professional, well-groomed personal appearance Compensation

The Service Advisor Position has a Monthly Pay Range of $3,324.53-$14,000. Pay Scale consists of base hourly compensation and may also pay commission based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved, with no fixed upper limit other than sales performance. The position may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance with no fixed upper limit. Monthly Pay Range: $3,324.53-$14,000/month.
