Overview
Associate Director-Warehouse and Materials Management Quality Foundry at Eli Lilly and Company. The role leads the Quality team overseeing warehouse and logistics operations, material dispensing, and materials and supplier qualification processes. Works with operations to ensure receipt, storage, transfer, and control of all materials supporting the site. Provides Quality oversight for material handling and dispensing design and qualification processes for Foundry clinical trial activities. Responsible for establishing and maintaining the quality management system for this area and for monitoring capacity and allocating Quality representatives to support the project schedule. BA/BS degree in Engineering, Science or related field with a minimum of 5 years technical and/or quality experience in the biopharmaceutical industry (preferred). Previous management experience with responsibilities including performance evaluations and personnel development. Strong knowledge of current GMP expectations and application of quality management systems in execution. Minimum 3 years experience in warehouse and distribution operations. Additional Preferences

Initial location at Lilly Technology Center, Indianapolis, with permanent location at the Lilly Medicines Foundry in Lebanon, Indiana. The anticipated wage for this position is $118,500 - $173,800.
