Overview
Associate Director-Warehouse and Materials Management Quality Foundry. This role supervises the Quality team responsible for oversight of warehouse and logistics operations, material dispensing operations, and materials and supplier qualification processes. The position partners with operations to ensure receipt, storage, transfer, and control of all site materials. The Foundry is in design and construction, and this role provides Quality oversight for material handling, dispensing operations, and qualification processes for purchased materials for Foundry clinical trial activities. The position ensures the quality management system is established for this area and monitors capacity to allocate Quality resources to keep the project on track. Responsibilities

BA/BS degree in Engineering, Science, or related field with a minimum of 5 years of technical and/or quality experience in the biopharmaceutical industry (preferred). Previous management experience with performance evaluations and personnel development. Strong knowledge of current GMP expectations and quality management systems in execution. Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse and distribution operations. Additional Preferences

Compensation and Benefits
Actual compensation will depend on candidate’s education, experience, skills, and location. Anticipated wage: $118,500 - $173,800. Full-time employees are eligible for a company bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k), pension, vacation, medical/dental/vision, flexible benefits, life insurance, paid leave, and well-being programs.
