Responsibilities The Department of Pediatrics at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School is seeking a faculty member in the division of Pediatric Hospital Medicine. Candidates should be fellowship-trained and board-eligible in Pediatric Hospital Medicine. Faculty HMCs see patients and mentor students and residents on inpatient units, well newborn nurseries and same-day medical units of the Bristol-Myers Squibb Children\'s Hospital (BMSCH). BMSCH is located on our academic child health campus, which also includes the PSEG Children\'s Specialized Hospital (for acute rehabilitation) and the Child Health Institute of NJ. The children\'s hospital is adjacent to the RWJUH adult hospital, connected via a bridge to the Rutgers Cancer Institute of NJ (the only NCI-designated center in New Jersey).
We seek a candidate who has a passion for teaching and enjoys caring for children with a wide variety of conditions, including those who are medically complex. We value leadership.
