Responsibilities
Conduct analysis of training and communications requirements, and design and develop instructional approaches and strategies to meet those requirements.
Establish appropriate learning objectives and design instructionally valid training materials using adult learning theories.
Create & execute learning strategies, curriculums, and training plans.
Create, design, and facilitate technical system training
Create Story Boards & Instructional Design e-Learning Modules including developing interactive Content, Learning Objects, Knowledge Checks, Simulations and Assessments for each e-Learning.
Collaborates with subject experts to develop course content including training manuals, how to guides and Quick Reference cards, placemats.
Video creation & editing
Facilitation training, Webinars and User workshops
Develop end user communications, FAQ s and How To Videos, writes scripts for video and audio content
Familiarity with e-learning platforms best practices & SCORM compliance
Integration of e-Learning modules into the Client Learning Platform ensuring SCORM compliance and e-learning best practices
Expert in Camtasia, Articulate360, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Collaboration tools and Survey tools
Must be able to travel as business needs require, and demonstrate strong time-management skills.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Notes Lumen and/or its clients will not provide equipment (Laptop, monitor, etc.) to the selected contractor. The contractor must have their own equipment. Access to a virtual desktop set up (software) will be provided by Lumen's client, allowing the user access to the required systems and technology.
