Overview
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Ambitions ABA. Ambitions ABA is hiring a part-time BCBA to provide high-quality, in-home ABA therapy in the Denver, CO area. You’ll oversee the entire therapy process, from assessment and treatment planning to staff supervision and parent collaboration. Responsibilities
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments using standardized tools Develop comprehensive ABA Treatment Plans Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Review session notes, providing constructive feedback Conduct parent training sessions and quarterly team meetings Collaborate with educators and related service providers as necessary Qualifications & Skills
Active BCBA Certification (required) At least 1 year of experience as a BCBA (required) Proficient with various assessment methods Experience with Central Reach preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and management abilities Passion for working with children and families Schedule & Compensation
Pay: $80–$100 per hour Schedule: Flexible schedule, choose your own hours. Expected: 10–15 hours per week. Hybrid remote work available. Benefits
