Base pay range
$25.50/hr - $28.56/hr Payrate:
$25.50 - $28.56/hr. Responsibilities: Follow established experimental design and protocols, as well as routine tasks and studies, to obtain reproducible and reliable results under supervision. Plan, monitor, or conduct experiments; analyze and record experiments and data; collaborate with group members; and communicate and present data to the team. Effectively troubleshoot equipment and experimental difficulties. Contribute to internal/external reports, papers, presentations, regulatory documents. Be skilled and knowledgeable in the use of standard laboratory equipment. Participate in department-wide support efforts such as safety, data recording, and centralizing data using ELN. Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Biology, Biochemistry; experience in a Biopharmaceutical environment. Experience with biochemical, biophysical, molecular, and cellular techniques including cell culturing, transfection, and cell line generation. Experience with small molecule drug screening campaigns. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Flexibility to work in teams to achieve project goals and meet deadlines. Strong data analysis, interpretation, and critical thinking skills. Education/Experience:
Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of relevant scientific experience. Pay Transparency:
