University of Lynchburg invites applications for a full-time (12 month) Assistant/Associate Professor, non-tenure track, in the Doctor of Executive Leadership (DEL) program within the School of Medicine and Health Sciences. The role involves teaching, scholarship, and service activities consistent with the School's requirements, collaboration with local community agencies and healthcare providers, and active involvement in professional organizations at regional, state, national, and international levels. Responsibilities
Engage in teaching, scholarship, and service activities associated with the DEL program. Collaborate with local community agencies and healthcare providers. Actively pursue involvement in professional organizations at regional, state, national, and international levels. Develop and manage online curriculum as part of the program’s offerings. Qualifications
Minimum of a doctoral degree in a health-related field. More than 5 years of higher education teaching experience. Executive Leadership experience. Experience with developing/working with online curriculum. Experience in communities with multicultural and multilingual students and healthcare providers. Teaching, scholarship, and service interests in multifaceted healthcare communities. Strong commitment to underserved populations and improving healthcare access. Work Arrangements
