Overview

Residential Associate Professor of Accounting – School of Business. The Associate Professor’s primary role is to teach in their area of expertise, maintain the integrity of course and instructional programs, and ensure that delivery aligns with the University mission and vision for the student experience. Faculty contribute to curriculum development in residential and distance education, engage in research/scholarship or creative activity, and support service to students and the professional discipline as required by the college or school. Responsibilities

Teach in their area of expertise and deliver instruction that meets the University mission and student experience goals. Maintain the integrity of course and instructional programs and contribute to curriculum development across residential and distance education formats. Engage in research/scholarship or creative activity as defined by the expectations of the college or school and participate in service to students and the profession. Create an academic atmosphere of mutual respect and recognize individual dignity; address individual differences, abilities, and interests where possible. Qualifications

Doctorate and/or 18 graduate hours in accounting. CPA with experience in public or private accounting. Position Details
