Third-Party Utility Manager - High Speed Rail role at Arcadis. This is a full-time, on-site position in Selma, California, supporting the California High-Speed Rail (CAHSR) project and requires close collaboration with design-build teams and utility stakeholders in California’s Central Valley. Must be able to work onsite in Selma, CA. Responsibilities

Provide leadership and guidance in identifying utilities impacted by construction and support design efforts for utility relocation plans. Ensure all utility relocations comply with the standards and requirements of respective utility owners. Oversee interface management activities to ensure the Design-Build contractor’s Interface Management Plan (IMP) is compliant with contractual and regulatory requirements. Maintain a detailed log and tracking system for all technical submittals and formal correspondence between the DB contractor and third-party entities. Actively participate in regular coordination meetings with the DB contractor; schedule and facilitate additional stakeholder meetings as needed to resolve utility-related issues. Monitor and report on the status of utility coordination efforts; identify and escalate concerns in a timely manner to maintain project progress. Foster effective communication and collaboration among all involved stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on goals and responsibilities. Required Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of experience in utility coordination, preferably on large-scale engineering and construction projects involving third-party and utility agency engagement. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Key Skills and Attributes

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships professionally and diplomatically. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in identifying and solving problems. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, high-profile project environment. Preferred Qualifications

Experience working on major transportation or infrastructure projects, particularly in a Design-Build environment. Familiarity with California utility agencies and state/local permitting processes. Why Arcadis?

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. These benefits include medical, dental, and vision, EAP, 401K, STD, LTD, AD&D, life insurance, paid parental leave, reward & recognition program and optional benefits including wellbeing benefits, adoption assistance and tuition reimbursement. We offer nine paid holidays and 20 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $152,000 - $240,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
