We are hiring an

Electrical Safety Director

to oversee safety programs and compliance for electrical construction projects across Texas. This role is responsible for developing and implementing safety initiatives, conducting jobsite inspections, and ensuring compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, and company safety standards. The position requires frequent travel to work sites throughout Texas. Responsibilities

Develop and manage company-wide electrical safety policies and procedures. Conduct regular safety audits, site inspections, and incident investigations. Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, and state/local safety regulations. Deliver safety training programs for project managers, supervisors, and field crews. Collaborate with project leadership to identify hazards and implement corrective actions. Maintain accurate safety records, reports, and documentation. Act as the primary contact for safety-related regulatory agencies. Promote a culture of safety across all levels of the organization. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred. Minimum of 7 years of safety management experience in electrical construction or industrial environments. Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards, OSHA regulations, and NFPA 70E. CSP, CHST, or equivalent safety certification strongly preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel frequently to project sites across Texas.
