What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)

M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable quantitative field 3+ years' experience in scientist or analyst capacity Strong background in modeling, optimization, and algorithms Experience in designing, developing and implementing optimization tools Excellent programming skills (C++, Python) Experience in using commercial optimization solvers such as CPLEX, Gurobi and Xpress Experience with algebraic modeling language such as AMPL Experience with GIT and DevOps Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal, organizational and prioritizations skills Ability to work well collaboratively and independently Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)

1+ year of airline experience, particularly in the Disruption Management field Experience in developing and deploying applications to AWS Responsibilities
