This role provides neurodiversity-affirming care with flexibility and support. Your Role and Impact
As a
BCBA
at Cortica, you will oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. You will lead a team of
behavior technicians (BTs) and Assistant Supervisors , empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences. Responsibilities
Oversee clinical programming and supervise BTs and Assistant Supervisors in a transdisciplinary team. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with organizational and client goals. Ensure high-quality documentation, data collection, and progress reporting. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other clinicians to create integrated care plans. Provide supervision and leadership for ongoing staff development and performance improvement. Qualifications
Master’s degree in human services or a related field. Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required. What We Offer
Total Earning Potential (Salary + Bonus): $93,289.68 - $116,612.10 Time Off: Up to 22 days off in the first year, increasing to 26 days after 12 months. Flexible Hybrid Role: Up to 50% remote; telehealth decisions determined by the BCBA when clinically effective for the client. CEU Stipend: $2,000 annually for professional development. License Reimbursement: We cover BCBA license renewal costs. 401(k) Matching Comprehensive Health Coverage: Medical, dental, vision, life, disability, plus pet insurance.
