As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst/BCBA, you will: Conduct supervision and parent training Collaborate with the back office to ensure clear and open communication Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains Create, implement, and monitor behavior plans Experience/Qualifications
A master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field is required BCBA certification is mandatory Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disabilities, is highly desirable Data collection and behavioral therapy techniques are essential Familiarity with special education frameworks and behavioral health practices is a plus Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams What do you think?
