Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – New Graduate San Luis Obispo, CA www.dsp.health Are you a newly certified BCBA eager to make a real impact? At Developmental Specialty Partners (DSP Health), we’re passionate about helping children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental needs thrive. We offer Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services across clinic, home, school, and telehealth settings throughout California’s Central Coast—providing the perfect environment for new graduates to learn, grow, and excel. Why Choose DSP Health: Flexible scheduling with both telehealth and in-person opportunities Work in clinic, home, and school settings for a variety of experience Manageable caseloads that support high-quality care Weekly BCBA clinical meetings where your input is valued Collaboration with speech-language pathologists and other professionals Paid training, travel time, and mileage reimbursement Your Role as a New Graduate BCBA: Provide clinical oversight for clients receiving 1:1 ABA therapy Conduct assessments (FBA), intakes, and progress reviews with guidance from experienced team members Develop individualized treatment plans alongside families Implement evidence-based skill building and behavior support programs Collaborate with families, educators, and therapists to ensure progress Mentor and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Foster social, emotional, cognitive, language, and life skills in clients Qualifications / Requirements: BCBA credential (newly certified welcome!) Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Interest in working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities Livescan DOJ/FBI background check & TB clearance California residency (or willingness to relocate) Full-Time or Part-Time options Paid training & professional development Paid vacation & holidays Opportunities for interdisciplinary growth How to Apply:
