We’re growing and we’re looking for a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who wants to make a meaningful impact.

About the BCBA Role As part of our clinician-led team, the BCBA will design, implement, and oversee individualized ABA programs for children with autism and developmental needs. You’ll lead a small group of RBTs, collaborate closely with families, and ensure every child receives thoughtful, data-driven, and ethical support.

This is an opportunity to practice ABA the way it was meant to be delivered with integrity, care, and manageable caseloads.

What You’ll Do Conduct FBAs and develop individualized BIPs Provide high-quality supervision to RBTs (max 6 per BCBA) Guide ABA implementation across in-home and telehealth settings Partner with caregivers to support meaningful skill development Track progress and refine goals based on data trends Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers as needed Stay aligned with BACB ethical standards and current ABA research

What You Bring Master’s in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field Active BCBA certification + New York LBA (or eligibility) At least 1 year of ABA experience with children Strong communication, assessment, and supervision skills Experience with electronic data platforms (CentralReach preferred) A commitment to compassionate, culturally responsive ABA practice
