Admissions Director (RN/LPN)

Starting Salary: $60,000 with Sign-On Bonus. RN/LPN required.
Responsibilities
Establish and maintain relationships with physicians, discharge planners, and other community resources to support referrals.
Process all inquiry calls from hospitals, physicians, families, and referral sources in accordance with company policy and applicable regulations.
Plan and organize admissions and admission paperwork in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Conduct marketing presentations to interested groups and support the sales and marketing functions of the building as part of the leadership team.
Monitor inquiry, admission, and census trends; prepare monthly reports and sales tracking materials; submit reports in a timely manner.
Represent the organization at community events and with professional groups (e.g., Kiwanis, Rotary, AARP) to educate on services offered.
Attend mandated meetings and in-services; perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director/Administrator.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferred (or equivalent experience).
Experience in sales/marketing with formal training preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills; professional appearance and behavior.
Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Experience in healthcare community relations (preferred).
