The Senior Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to executives and senior leadership, ensuring efficient operations and enabling leaders to focus on strategic priorities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and handling logistics.
Act as the primary point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Coordinate executive meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting materials, and follow-up action items.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Assist with special projects, research, and data collection as needed.
Support budget tracking, expense reporting, and invoice processing.
Oversee and mentor administrative staff or junior assistants, as required.
Maintain a high level of awareness of organizational priorities and assist in keeping executives aligned with goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
7+ years of executive administrative experience, preferably supporting C-level executives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, Slack, etc.).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to exercise judgment, maintain confidentiality, and build strong working relationships.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and proactively.
Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Base pay range
$100,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr Seniority level
