Executive Assistant
to support senior executives in its Boston office. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, providing high-level administrative support, and maintaining a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions. Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting logistics. Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and discretion at all times. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentation materials with a high degree of accuracy. Assist in organizing investor meetings, internal events, and off-site engagements. Manage confidential information and sensitive business materials with the utmost integrity. Anticipate executive needs and proactively address administrative priorities. Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned. Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably within financial services, private equity, asset management, or a related corporate environment.
