The Solutions Engineer, ENT partners with Business Sales to sell T-Mobile for Business products and services by leveraging strong technical skills, experience, and industry knowledge. SEs engage in pre-sales activities by consulting on customer opportunities to understand their business, identify challenges, and develop solutions that meet their needs. The SE architects and designs solutions utilizing T-Mobile or partner business solutions, equipment, and network. SEs provide technical support in sales presentations and product demonstrations, and answer customer technical inquiries. SEs support Business Sales by reviewing specific customer opportunities and sales funnels, keeping the teams apprised of relevant technologies and industry trends, and consulting on the technical aspects of T-Mobile for Business products and services. As needed, SEs partner with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Sales Ops, and Care teams to provide feedback, support special projects, and engage in market-level opportunities. SEs maintain their technical skills and industry expertise through internal and external trainings and pursue and maintain partner or industry certifications as required for their position. (Required) 2-4 years Experience in telecommunications, IT administration or network engineering roles with a professional track record of successful solution sales, managing internal/external relationships in a matrix environment. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : Technical Leadership (Required) Project Management (Preferred) Communication Excellent oral and written communications; strong interpersonal skills. (Required) Sales Experience with Sales Methodologies. (Preferred) Applications Proficiency with business application software. (Required) Strategic Leadership Ability to provide strategic direction in a leadership role. (Required) Technical Presentations Ability to create and deliver technical presentations. (Yes/No): No Total Target Cash Pay Range: $112,500 - $202,900, inclusive of target incentives Base Pay Range: $78,750 - $142,030 The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in this role.
