— Position, Department: Adjunct Assistant Professor, Economics, Academic Affairs. Type of Position: Adjunct Faculty, Exempt. Work Schedule, Hours per week: Varies depending on department needs. Pay Range: AJCR $1,208-$1,344 per credit hour and in accordance with the adjunct table and determined based on relevant years of work experience. Benefits Category: Partial benefits. Position Summary

Teach Principles of Microeconomics and/or Principles of Macroeconomics face-to-face and during the day (current need is to teach Microeconomics MWF 12:00-12:50 p.m. for the Spring 2026 semester) the equivalent of 3-9 credit hours per semester (1-3 classes) in the Economics department. Possibility to teach online in the future. Required Qualifications

Master\'s degree or higher in Economics OR Master\'s degree in related field with 18 graduate hours in Economics. Demonstrated teaching experience. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated strong organizational and planning skills. Preferred Qualifications

A sensitivity to, and understanding of, the diverse backgrounds of community college students.
